How to send your mobile phone in for a repair?
1. Complete the form below and get a quote for a repair.
If you are happy with the quote, then just continue with the steps below.
We will match the quotation details with the details you add to the phone package. For this, we will ask you to add a note with your name and phone number to the package with your phone.
2. Prepare your phone to be sent.
Remove SIM Card and Memory Card from your phone. Please send your battery with the phone. There is no need to send us your charger or original box. Any additional items you send aside from a phone with a battery, will not be returned.
3. Pack your phone and send.
Pack your phone securely and send it by recorded or special delivery to the address on the bottom of this page. Royal Mail Special will secure your parcel for up to £500. VVPhones will not be held responsible for any damage in transit.
4. When your phone arrives.
When the phone arrives at our store, you will get a Free Inspection of your device. If the cost of work is less than or equal to the quotation you originally received - we will go ahead and carry out the repair.
If the cost of work is more than stated on the quote we will call you before starting work.
5. When the repair is completed.
As soon as the repair is finished we will call you to take the credit/debit card payment details and return your phone via Next Day Special Delivery. Subject to a £6.99 P&P Fee.

How long does postal phone repair service take?
Do I pay for postage back?
Yes. We will return your phone via Next Day Special Delivery of £6.99. If the repair is unsuccessful we can post your phone back to you or recycle the faulty device Free of charge.
What if you can’t repair my phone?
If the repair is unsuccessful, there will be no charge for the time spent on your device, but there will be a £6.99 P&P Fee to return your phone. Alternatively, we can recycle the faulty device Free of charge.
Can I send more than one device in a single parcel?
Yes, you can. Just make sure you received a quote from us for every single device you are sending over. Same as with the single phones, please include a note with your name and phone number inside the parcel, for us to match your devices with the quotation.
